Specified Exercise Date definition
Specified Exercise Date means the date specified as such in the Issue Terms (or, if such date is not a Exercise Business Day the next following date that is a Exercise Business Day).
Specified Exercise Date means, in respect of a Bermuda Style FX Option Transaction, each date specified in the related Confirmation subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention.
