Specified Completion Date means the date stated in the Proposal on which the Contract work, or specified portion thereof, is to be substantially completed.

Specified Completion Date means the date for substantial completion of the first forty (40) townhomes on the Land, being the date occurring twelve (12) months after the date of this Loan Agreement, subject to Force Majeure.
