Specified Completion Date definition

Specified Completion Date means the date stated in the Proposal on which the Contract work, or specified portion thereof, is to be substantially completed.
Specified Completion Date means the date for substantial completion of the first forty (40) townhomes on the Land, being the date occurring twelve (12) months after the date of this Loan Agreement, subject to Force Majeure. It is understood that the Specified Completion Date applies only to the forty (40) townhome units and that portion of the infrastructure being constructed by the Infrastructure Contractor under the Infrastructure Contracts which is required for issuance of certificates of occupancy by the County of Hawaii of the forty (40) townhome units.
