Specified Categories definition

Specified Categories means (i) the following store employee related costs: compensation, taxes, benefits and employee insurance (including workers compensation insurance), (ii) the following facility related costs: rent, utilities, CAM, taxes and maintenance) and (iii) the following product related costs: cost of goods (including freight), rebates, merchandise inventory write-offs and shrink.
Specified Categories means persons recorded as Bhondedar, Butemar, Dohlidar, Insar Miadi, Mukarraridar, Mundhimar, Panahi Qadeem, Saunjidar, or Taraddadkar for a period of at least twenty years on the appointed day, and includes their predecessors and the successors-in-interest.
Specified Categories is defined in Section 6.2(a).

Examples of Specified Categories in a sentence

  • Seller, Argotec Holdings and the Acquired Companies shall use their reasonable best efforts to provide Buyer with the opportunity to conduct interviews with five of the Specified Customers and may only ask such customers the questions within the Specified Categories (each such interview, a “Customer Interview”) in each case at times reasonably convenient for Buyer and in no event later than 5:00 p.m. New York City Time on Monday, September 21, 2015.
