Specification (the) definition

Specification (the) means the aggregate sum of the documents and any amendments thereto, issued to Tenderers by Employer as part of the Tender process before the final date for submission of Tenders. This shall include but not be limited to; Design Criteria, Employer’s Requirements, Employer’s Tender Drawings, Preliminary Operating Plan and Clarification of Tender Documents issued in accordance with the ITT but shall not include the ITT itself nor any minutes of meetings.
Specification (the) means the aggregate sum of the documents and any amendments thereto, issued to bidders by JMRC as part of the bid process before the final date for submission of bids. This shall include but not be limited to; Employer’s
Specification (the) specifications for the Aircraft as set forth in Exhibit I. See Article 1.1. US$ or US Dollars The lawful currency of the United States of America.

Examples of Specification (the) in a sentence

  • Along with the delivery of each Deposit, Registry Operator will deliver to Escrow Agent and to ICANN (using the API described in draft-­‐▇▇▇▇▇▇-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification (the “Interface Specification”)) a written statement (which may be by authenticated e-­‐mail) that includes a copy of the report generated upon creation of the Deposit and states that the Deposit has been inspected by Registry Operator and is complete and accurate.

  • C13.3 Time of delivery shall be of the essence and if the Contractor fails to deliver the Goods within the time promised or specified in the Specification, the Authority may release itself from any obligation to accept and pay for the Goods and/or terminate the Contract, in either case without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of the Authority.

  • C18.1 Where indicated in the Specification, the Contract Price shall include the cost of instruction of the Authority’s personnel in the use and maintenance of the Goods and such instruction shall be in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Specification.

  • C20.3 If the Authority rejects the Installation Works in accordance with clause C20.2.2, the Contractor shall immediately rectify or remedy any defects and if, in the Authority’s reasonable opinion, the Installation Works do not, within five (5) Working Days, meet the requirements set out in the Specification, the Authority may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by notice in writing.

  • In addition to provisions of the Clause 138 of the Standard Specification, the Contractor shall when instructed to do so provide, fuel and maintain in good working conditions, with driver, the number and type of vehicle specified in the Bill of Quantities for exclusive use of the Engineer and his staff throughout the Contract.

Related to Specification (the)

  • Specification means the Specification of the Works included in the Contract.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
