Specification and Quotation definition
Specification and Quotation means the specification and quotation attached hereto or provided to the Customer in writing having been prepared by the Company at the request of the Customer.

Any Deliverables will be deemed to have been “delivered” when the Supplier has fulfilled all its obligations under the Contract and the Supplier has notified TransGrid in writing that all Deliverables have been delivered and implemented in accordance with the Specification and Quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, these Conditions shall together with the Specification and Quotation, Customer Order and Customer Order Confirmation constitute the entire Agreement and shall override any other terms or conditions, including any published elsewhere on the Website.
