Specifically Identify definition
Specifically Identify means, with respect to the identification of a Compound, Project Target or Product in a Patent, that any claim of such Patent recites such Compound, Project Target or Product, as applicable.
Specifically Identify has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.2.
