Specific Task Employee definition
Specific Task Employee shall be an employee employed in or directly in connection with a particular start up and/or commissioning project at the site for a limited and agreed period of time.
Specific Task Employee shall be employed as a weekly employee whose employment can be terminated at the end of the project by the Company in consultation with the union giving the employee one weeks notice or payment in lieu of such notice as prescribed by Clause 15 this Agreement.
