Specific Request. If a portion of the Work is covered contrary to the Owner’s or any designated Inspector’s request or to requirements specifically expressed in the Contract Documents, it must, if required in writing by the Owner, be uncovered for the Owner examination and be replaced at the Design- Builder’s expense without adjustment of the Contract Sum or the Contract Time.
