Specific Machines definition

Specific Machines use Licensed Internal Code (called "Code"). The IBM Corporation owns copyrights in Code and owns all copies of Code, including all copies made from them. We will identify each Specific Machine in writing. We grant the rightful possessor of a Specific Machine a license to use the Code (or any replacement we provide) on or in conjunction with, only the Specific Machine designated by serial number, for which the Code is provided. We license the Code to only one rightful possessor at a time. You agree that you are bound by the terms of the separate license agreement that we will provide to you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to inform your Customer, and record on the sales receipt, that the Machine you provide is a Specific Machine using Licensed Internal Code. You agree to 1) provide the applicable license agreement to your Customer before the sale and 2) ensure that the agreement is signed before a sale to an End User.
