Specific Equipment definition

Specific Equipment means that which is either provided by TransCore or approved by TransCore for use as a platform for the software and is located at the Licensee’s Facilities.
Specific Equipment means the single processing unit(s) and / or the associated equipment designated and furnished by Comet. If Licensee provides its own processing unit(s), Licensee warrants that its processing unit(s) is(are) in conformance with Comet's specifications to support the Software.

Specific Equipment means all tools, jigs, fixtures, forms, models, control panels and other devices which have been produced or adapted specially for the production or control of Products for HTM, or which have been provided, paid for or in any other way financed by HTM.
Specific Equipment means any equipment owned by OTL that is (i) made available to MolMed by OTL; and/or (ii) purchased by MolMed and reimbursed by OTL.   • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.
