Specific Contingency definition

Specific Contingency means an amount agreed in advance of production and as required to cover specific production needs that may arise during production and not otherwise provided for in the Budget or a Cashflow Schedule;

Examples of Specific Contingency in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt where a Programme is purchased on a Fixed Price Basis any underspend shall be retained entirely by the Producer save in the case of General Contingency or Specific Contingency amounts set out in paragraph 2.

  • All sums identified as either General Contingency or Specific Contingency shall if unused in whole or part be retained as to 100% by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or if already advanced by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ returned to ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

  • Phoenix hereby undertakes to notify the Escrow Agent promptly when a Specific Contingency becomes prescribed or definitively settled.
