For the avoidance of doubt where a Programme is purchased on a Fixed Price Basis any underspend shall be retained entirely by the Producer save in the case of General Contingency or Specific Contingency amounts set out in paragraph 2.
All sums identified as either General Contingency or Specific Contingency shall if unused in whole or part be retained as to 100% by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or if already advanced by ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ returned to ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
