Specific Collateral definition

Specific Collateral means the collateral described in Rules 5.2.3 and 5.2.4 in which a Participant may grant a security interest to CDS.
Specific Collateral means that property and assets of the Borrower identified as Specific Collateral in Part II of Schedule 7.1(o).
Specific Collateral has the meaning given to such term in any Intercreditor Agreement, as applicable.

Specific Collateral means the Collateral as described in Rule 5.2.3.
Specific Collateral means Dore, Concentrates (and similar mining products) and precious metals scrap of the Company over which a Lender has been granted a Specific Security Interest to secure Specific Debt; provided, that such assets shall cease to be Specific Collateral immediately upon the repayment of the Specific Debt incurred to finance the acquisition of such assets.
