Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company will retain ownership of any Company-owned software or development tools that are used in producing the Specific Client Owned Deliverables and become embedded in the Specific Client Owned Deliverables.
Company will own all intellectual property rights in or related to the Specific Client Owned Deliverables other than the copyright ownership rights granted to Client pursuant to this Section 4.1(c).

Specific Client liability exists for the importation of other goods by the Client or at the Client’s specific request into the Bahamas.
