Specific Claim Settlement definition
Specific Claim Settlement means any sum paid by Canada in settlement of a claim brought under the Specific Claims Policy or the Specific Claims Tribunal Act;
Specific Claim Settlement means any sum payable by Canada to Yale First Nation, which sum represents the amount negotiated by Canada and Yale First Nation, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Specific Claims Policy, as compensation for the claim;
Specific Claim Settlement means any sum paid as compensation by Canada to Lheidli T’enneh, which sum represents the amount negotiated by Canada and Lheidli T’enneh in accordance with the Specific Claims Policy, as compensation for that claim;

Specific Claim Settlement means any sum paid as compensation by Canada to Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Che:k’tles7et’h’ First Nations, which sum represents the amount negotiated by Canada and Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Che:k’tles7et’h’ First Nations in accordance with the Specific Claims Policy, as compensation for that claim; and
Specific Claim Settlement means any sum paid by Canada to a Maa-nulth First Nation in settlement of that Maa-nulth First Nation’s claim brought under the Specific Claims Policy;
Specific Claim Settlement means any sum paid as compensation by Canada to Kitsumkalum/Kitselas, which sum represents the amount negotiated by Canada and Kitsumkalum/Kitselas in accordance with the Specific Claims Policy of Canada as compensation for a specific claim.
