SPECIFIC APPROVAL LIST definition

SPECIFIC APPROVAL LIST. (SAL for short) means the list of exporters and entities related to those exporters contained in the Notifications issued by the CORPORATION from time to time in pursuance of the Clause 6(2) above, including the names of exporting units and / or connected persons and advising Insured Banks to seek the prior written approval of the CORPORATION for insurance under the cover for any exporting unit with which the unit or the connected persons listed in SAL are associated with.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • type-approval means the procedure whereby an approval authority certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit satisfies the relevant administrative provisions and technical requirements;
