Specialty Team definition

Specialty Team means the Persons involved in preparing for and carrying out Executions as described by the Lethal Injection Protocol in effect at the time of each Execution, including the Execution Escort Team, the Medical Team and the Injection Team, as described by SOP 135, section 5.
Specialty Team means a team of Adjusters who work exclusively on a particular type of claim, such as non-weather water, as may be required by Citizens as described in Section 3.1.4. DocuSign Envelope ID: 04A95C8A-F96A-4D0E-9BC9-C7DF43218F94

Examples of Specialty Team in a sentence

  • Failure to complete the training requirements for a Specialty Team within two (2) years may result in removal from the team and transfer out of the Specialty Team station.

  • An employee assigned to a Specialty Team station shall be entitled to receive a Special Duty Differential upon completion of the necessary Training.

  • An employee who voluntarily leaves a Specialty Team Station will no longer be a member of that team and will forfeit his/her Assignment and/or Certification pay.

  • Once an employee successfully completes the training requirements for a Specialty Team, he/she will receive Assignment Pay in accordance with Section 17.1 of this Article.

  • An employee who is involuntarily transferred or promoted out of a Specialty Team Station will be eligible to remain on the specialty team and will receive Certification Pay so long as he/she remains qualified for the team.

  • Training opportunities, resources, and materials include but are not limited to: Introduction to Team Based Care, Patient Engagement, Specialty Team Based Care, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Orientation, and Introduction to Palliative Care.

  • Additional core members and supplemental members may be added to the BSU Specialty Team at the discretion of the Fire Chief.

  • Employees must be in the classification of Lifeguard II or higher to be eligible for the BSU Specialty Team.

  • All Boating Safety Unit (BSU) Specialty Team members and employees seeking promotion into the classification of Lifeguard II may be placed in an assignment which requires them to assume the duties of a Harbor Police Officer as defined by California Penal Code section 830.33.

  • The Lifeguard Division will determine the employees who will serve on the BSU Specialty Team initially, based on the criteria set forth in paragraph (b) below.
