Specialty Material shall be ordered and stocked by Lonza only upon reasonable notice to and approval by Customer, such notice not to be unreasonably withheld.
Lonza shall submit an invoice to Customer, together with sufficient substantiating documentation, for the cost of Specialty Material and the associated Specialty Material Fee.
Specialty Material is not considered part of the Raw Materials and shall be ordered and invoiced separately from Raw Materials.
