Specialty Care Physician (SCP definition

Specialty Care Physician (SCP means a licensed physician who specializes in a medical practice or subspecialty, other than or in addition to those listed in the requirements for a Primary Care Physician and who is able and willing to meet all of the SCP requirements, including those set forth in section 2 below.
