Specialized professional means any other professional in the arts who performs a specialized function in the field of management, education, restoration, documentation or other activity directly related to live or recorded artistic performance or to the production or dissemination of visual arts and literature as a primary occupation and source or intended source of income and who is qualified by an education and/or a proven record of achievement.10
