Specialized Courts definition

Specialized Courts means the various types of what are often referred to as “problem solv- ing courts” such as drug courts, mental health courts and juvenile courts. See Application I Comment [3], Rule 2.9(A)(4) and Rule 2.9 Com- ment 4.
