Specialist Tooling definition

Specialist Tooling means all jigs, tools, fixtures, moulds, patterns and/or equipment which are supplied or paid for by the Purchaser or developed at the Purchaser’s expense including any replacements thereof in accordance with the Contract;
Specialist Tooling means all jigs, tools, fixtures, moulds, patterns and/or equipment which are supplied or paid for by the Company or developed at the Company’s expense.
