Specialist Tooling definition
Specialist Tooling means all jigs, tools, fixtures, moulds, patterns and/or equipment which are supplied or paid for by the Purchaser or developed at the Purchaser’s expense including any replacements thereof in accordance with the Contract;

In addition the Contractor shall be responsible for adequate insurance for full replacement value of all Specialist Tooling against loss, damage or destruction.
The Contractor may not at any time move Specialist Tooling from its premises or dispose of Specialist Tooling belonging to the Company without written approval from the Employer’s Representative.
