special works shall include all works related to the erection, installation, operation and maintenance of the Contractor’s Equipment where such works necessitate a modification in the type, structure or height of the Equipment or any other structure or building on the Site or where such works would result in the interruption of the normal working or operation of the Equipment on the Site.
