special visitor definition
special visitor means a person appointed to be a special visitor by the Director pursuant to section 99(1);
special visitor means a person appointed to be a special visitor by the Public Guardian pursuant to section 59(1);
special visitor means a person who is admitted as a Special Visitor under Rule 17.
