Special Trait definition
Special Trait means a Regulated Trait which, according to the Expert Committee, involves substantial liability risks or substantial deregulation costs. For the avoidance of doubt, each trait that is subject to an environmental risk assessment under EU Directive 2001/18 (version that is valid on the first day of August two thousand and fourteen) is considered to fulfil the criteria regarding substantial liability risks or substantial deregulation costs and is therefore considered
