SPECIAL REPORTS definition

SPECIAL REPORTS or superseding pronouncements, issued by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, providing that nothing has come to the attention of such accountants which would lead them to believe that there is a Default or Event of Default under this Agreement.
SPECIAL REPORTS shall have the meaning set forth in clause 3.5 of this agreement;

Related to SPECIAL REPORTS

  • Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.

  • Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;

  • Audited financial report means and includes those items specified in Section 5 of this regulation.

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.
