Special Projects Services definition
Special Projects Services means those works which HMQ requires after Completion which works are not Service Period Works or Project Works and may include the Special Projects Services described in Part I: Facilities Management Specifications of Schedule E (Service Period Works);

In addition, if the Chief Executive Officer of Aearo requests that Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇form Special Projects Services for more than twelve (12) full business days during any calendar quarter (or eight (8) full business days during the period beginning on the Officer Resignation Date and ending on March 31, 1998), Aearo shall pay Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇itional compensation at the rate of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) per day.
Aearo shall retain Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ees to be retained by Aearo to consult on an as needed basis as a "Special Projects Consultant" with respect to identified projects as may be reasonably requested by the Chief Executive Officer of Aearo, consistent with Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ▇▇▇ertise and experience ("Special Projects Services").
