Special Processing definition

Special Processing means any process that requires Convergys or Client to adjust the production environment in an exception mode in order for that process to successfully complete.
Special Processing will measure the number of business days from the completion of a Xxxx Production cycle until all post cycle activity for special processing is completed.

Special Processing. The vendor shall maintain control and approval of all special processing (i.e., welding, soldering, plating, magnetic particle, and penetrant inspection, etc.) and Inspection/Test, used in the performance of this order. The vendor shall maintain objective evidence of process qualification in accordance with applicable specifications. The approval status shall be subject to review and approval/disapproval by KEMCO / Mastercraft Customer.
