Special Opinion definition
Special Opinion means a duly executed opinion of counsel which --------------- shall be delivered to LV at each Additional Option Closing and which shall be substantially similar in form to the opinion described in Section 6.6 below, conformed to delete those opinions unrelated to the issuance of shares and to reflect changes resulting from the passage of time.
Special Opinion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c). ---------------
Special Opinion means the opinion of Counsel to the Company, a copy of which is annexed as EXHIBIT L hereto.
