Special Motion definition
Special Motion means a Motion or resolution passed by two-thirds majority of all Members.
Special Motion means a motion passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that motion;
Special Motion means a motion at any meeting that must be passed by Special Resolution;
