Special Litigation definition

Special Litigation means any Litigation described in a list captioned “Special Litigation Matters” and agreed upon by the parties by exchange of emails on or prior to the date hereof.
Special Litigation means (i) the Xxxxxxx Litigation and (ii) the MSA Litigation, only if the MSA Settlement has not occurred on or prior to the Closing Date.

  • Environmental Claims means any and all administrative, regulatory or judicial actions, suits, demands, demand letters, claims, liens, notices of noncompliance or violation, investigations or proceedings relating in any way to any Environmental Law.
