Special Incentive Award definition

Special Incentive Award means the amount of special incentive compensation that a Participant may be awarded as determined pursuant to Articles VII and VIII.
Special Incentive Award has the meaning set forth in Section 2 hereunder.
Special Incentive Award means an Incentive Award that is granted under this Subplan to a Covered Employee, is intended to be Performance-Based Compensation, and is subject to Article 15 of the Plan and Article 9 of this Subplan.

Examples of Special Incentive Award in a sentence

  • The Board of Directors, or the Compensation Committee thereof, shall determine the amount of the Special Incentive Award.

  • The Special Incentive Award will be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of the 2004 Omnibus Stock and Incentive Plan, as amended (“Omnibus Plan”) and the Award Agreement issued pursuant to the Omnibus Plan (substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B).

Special Incentive Award means any compensation paid to a Participant under The Perkin-Elmer Corporation Division Long-Term Incentive Plan, the Performance Unit Bonus Plan, or any other compensation plan of the Company or any Subsidiary designated by the Committee.
