Employees required to perform boiler checks must have a minimum of a Special Engineer license.
If any of the Contractor's Superintendent, Supervisory Engineer or Chief Engineer, Special Engineer or other employees or Subcontractors or their laborers, are deemed extremely deficient in their performance or management of the Works, based upon the opinion of the Owner's Representative, the Owner may, by expressly stating the reason therefor in writing, require the Contractor to replace or take other rectification measures.

Lender may charge an inspection fee for each Draw Request not to exceed the lesser of any fees of the Special Engineer for such service or $750 per request.
