Special Document definition

Special Document means the template in Appendix 7 to this Agreement. Specifications: has the meaning allocated to it in Appendix 2 of the Agreement.
Special Document means the GLO Special Document applicable to the Project.

Examples of Special Document in a sentence

  • Each applicable Coastal Surface Lease and Special Document shall, upon final execution, be incorporated into this Contract by reference.

  • The QPP shall obtain each required Coastal Surface Lease and Special Document prior to the start of construction for the Project.

Related to Special Document

  • Organizational Document means, as applicable, an entity’s agreement or certificate of limited partnership, limited liability company agreement, certificate of formation, certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other similar organizational documents.

  • T E Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • New Organizational Documents means the documents providing for corporate governance of New Valaris Holdco and the Reorganized Debtors, including charters, bylaws, operating agreements, or other organizational documents or shareholders’ agreements, as applicable, consistent with section 1123(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code (as applicable).
