Special Council definition

Special Council means the Special Council established by the Minister under section 9; State-owned company means a company incorporated under the Corporations Act that is controlled by –
Special Council means a meeting called by the Mayor for a Meeting specific purpose and not scheduled in accordance with the approved regular schedule of meetings.
