Special classes definition

Special classes means those instructional activities designed to address the educational limitations of students with disabilities who would be unable to substantially benefit from regular college classes even with appropriate support services or accommodations as set forth in section 56028.
Special classes means milk classified in any of sub-classes 5(a)-(d) provided to a holder of a valid Special Milk Class Permit issued by the Commission;
Special classes including physical education, media, vocal music, art, Spanish and other special classes shall not be paid for class size overloads.
