Spec Building definition

Spec Building means the new building constructed to create an enclosed area of a commercial Facility, which would be used by a business that would normally qualify for Abatement or Incentives, built without an occupying tenant at the time the construction has started or is complete.
Spec Building means that certain approximate 50,000 rentable square foot, two-story office building planned for construction by Bloomfield Associates in Cerritos, California, on that certain real property described on Exhibit H hereto.
