The Organizational Framework provides a space for the SPCSA to report any credible cases of noncompliance in areas where it may not routinely evaluate the school.
Should a school fail to provide sufficient information or fail to demonstrate compliance within a certain measure, SPCSA staff will take a more active role and request additional information in order to more fully inform a final rating.
This allows for the SPCSA to access expert opinions while at the same time reducing redundancy in review and evaluation of the school, which could tend to lower charter school autonomy.
The Intervention policy and procedures implemented by the SPCSA are contained in the SPCSA Charter School Performance Framework which should be consulted for questions regarding this matter.
