SPC Datafeed definition

SPC Datafeed. SPC's proprietary real-time broadcast data feed of commodities, futures, options, securities and other financial information, in the SPC format, and described in Schedule 2, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Examples of SPC Datafeed in a sentence

  • Representative shall be responsible for the collection and payment to SPC or directly to the Sources of any and all applicable fees charged to Subscribers by Sources for such Subscribers' access to the SPC Datafeed.

  • SPC may discontinue provision of the SPC Datafeed (or portions thereof) hereunder, without notice, whenever the terms of SPC's agreements with the Sources require such discontinuance.

  • It shall be the responsibility of SPC to confirm with the applicable Sources whether or not all or such portions of the SPC Datafeed as are selected by each Subscriber pursuant to its Subscription Agreement may in fact be provided to such Subscriber.

  • The granting of any and all entitlements to components of the SPC Datafeed to each and every Subscriber are at the sole discretion of SPC and its Sources.

  • If in its reasonable judgment SPC finds a breach by Representative or its Subscribers of any of the provisions of this Agreement, then SPC may discontinue provisions of the SPC Datafeed (or portions thereof) hereunder, provided Representative entitled to a ten (10) business day cure period prior to any termination by SPC pursuant to foregoing.

Related to SPC Datafeed

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;

  • Non-Public Data means Customer Data, other than Personal Data, that is not subject to distribution to the public as public information. It is deemed to be sensitive and confidential by Customer because it contains information that is exempt by statute, ordinance or administrative rule from access by the general public as public information. Non-Public Data includes any data deemed confidential pursuant to the Contract, otherwise identified by Customer as Non-Public Data, or that a reasonable person would deem confidential.
