Spartech Trust definition
Spartech Trust means Spartech Capital Trust, a special purpose statutory Delaware business trust established by the Borrower, of which the Borrower holds all the common securities, which is the issuer of the 2014 Preferred Securities, and which purchased from the Borrower the 2014 Debentures with the net proceeds of the issuance and sale of the 2014 Preferred Securities.
