  • Sparta Global shall be responsible for the remuneration payable to and any benefits provided to the Spartan Consultant, including but not limited to the payment of any Taxation.

  • If Client terminates an Associate Assignment without cause and fails to give Sparta Global all or part of such notice, without prejudice to any other remedy Sparta Global may have, Client shall pay Sparta Global the fees that would have been payable by Client if Client had given Sparta Global notice of the full Notice Period and the Associate Services had been performed throughout such period.
