Spark Spread definition

Spark Spread means, for a particular calendar month, (a) the Power Price for such month, minus (b) the Gas Cost for such month, minus (c) the spread strike for such month as set forth on Schedule G .

  • In the event of a Partial Taking as a result of which the capacity of the Project is reduced, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect for the remainder of the Term and : (a) Fixed Rent shall be adjusted as set forth in the same manner as for changes in "C" under Section 3.2(c), and (b) Variable Rent shall be adjusted by adjusting the factor "C" in the formula stated in Section 3.4(c) for calculating the Spark Spread to conform with the reduced capacity of the Project.
