SHOP ENGINE means an online public web site where the principal perceived utility of the domain containing such web site is to provide a search service for an open-ended inventory database of third party consumer products (not including used products) available for immediate online purchase and where the entity operating the domain is acting strictly as a transaction broker for such products, which are neither owned nor handled by such entity;
