This non-exclusive service program is one in which the Supplier will provide an HP branded website (powered by Spare Backup) for the use of HP qualified technicians for the purpose of providing customers a trial PC Backup Service as appropriate within the context of delivering customer support and solutions for HP consumer PC customers.
