SpaceX Option means each stock option to purchase shares of SpaceX Class A Common Stock, SpaceX Class B Common Stock or SpaceX Class C Common Stock, as applicable.

Each xAI Option that is outstanding and unexercised immediately prior to the First Effective Time (whether or not vested) shall, as of the First Effective Time, automatically and without any action on the part of the holder thereof, be assumed by SpaceX and converted into a SpaceX Option in respect of SpaceX Class A Common Stock (where such xAI Option is in respect of xAI Low Vote Stock) or SpaceX Class B Common Stock (where such xAI Option is in respect of xAI High Vote Stock).
