Space property, means: (i) any separately identifiable object that is in space or that is on the ground but that is intended to be launched and placed in space or has been returned from space, including separately identifiable components forming a part of the space property or attached to or contained within the space property, (ii) any separately identifiable object assembled or manufactured in space, (iii) any launch vehicle that is expendable or can be reused to transport persons or goods to and from space, (iv) to the extent permissible and assignable under applicable law, all permits, licences, approvals and authorisations granted or issued by a national or intergovernmental body or authority to control, use and operate the space property, including orbital use authorisations and authorisations to transmit and receive radio signals to and

Space property, as used in this document, means personal property which is peculiar to aeronautical and space programs of NASA and is not otherwise included in the categories of property in FAR 45.501 and any corresponding supplementing provisions of the NASA FAR SUPPLEMENT (NFS). It includes such items as aircraft, engines, space vehicles, and other similar components and related support equipment. The term "space property" is synonymous with the term "agency-peculiar property," as defined in paragraph (a)(2) above.

  • Such permission shall include HRDC’s reasonable right of access to and from the Easement area over the Open Space property using existing roads and trails where practicable, for purposes of fulfilling the obligations described in this Agreement.

  • The City may enter the Open Space property at any time to assert its real property interest or for other purposes which do not unreasonably interfere with the activities of the HRDC authorized by this Agreement.

  • HRDC hereby acknowledges this Agreement grants a privilege and not an interest in the Open Space property and the title of the City to the Open Space property, and HRDC agrees never to deny such title or claim, at any time, or claim any interest or estate of any kind or extent whatsoever in the Open Space property by virtue of this Agreement or HRDC’s occupancy or use hereunder.
