Space Limitations definition

Space Limitations. This sticker does not guarantee Resident an available parking space. This individual parking pass number is assigned to the Resident, and it may be revoked at the discretion of College Houses; vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense without notice (even with this sticker displayed) if any of the following regulations have been violated: Display: Sticker must be clearly displayed and fully affixed on the vehicle’s windshield above the registration sticker. Improper display may result in towing at Resident’s expense. Parking: This pass is only valid in designated parking spaces at the “House Lot” listed below (the sticker is not valid at other College Houses properties). Resident is responsible for finding alternative parking if the House lot is full. Parking outside of designated parking space may result in towing at owner’s expense. Ownership: Sticker is non-transferable. If the Resident on file transfers this sticker to any person, or if the sticker is affixed to any vehicle other than the one on file at the College Houses office, the vehicle may be towed at owner’s expense. I t is Resident’s responsibility to contact the College Houses office to update any changes to their status or vehicle information. Resident Status: Parking passes are only valid for Residents with active housing contracts with College Houses. In the event that either College Houses or Resident terminates the housing contract with College Houses before the full term of the contract is complete, this sticker number will be voided and the vehicle may be towed.
Space Limitations. This sticker does not guarantee Resident an available parking space in the lot (each house also has guest parking passes above the number of spots available).
