Residents who accept a Space assignment after the first Academic Week will be assessed prorated University Housing charges.
UHRL may cancel Resident’s Space assignment and this Contract if Resident has not completed Check-In for the assigned Space by the assigned Check-In date.
The Department may cancel the Agreement or change Student’s Space assignment in the interest of order, discipline, health, safety, security, maximum utilization of Department facilities and resources, and/or educational delivery, or for the Student’s failure to pay rent or charges in a timely manner.

The Agreement only becomes binding upon acceptance by Provider and Resident as indicated by online confirmation of the Resident’s Room Space assignment and e- signature (and any provisions required therein) of this document through the online reservation system linked through (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) and the prompt payment of all the Total Non-Refundable Fees.
Residents who cancel this Contract prior to acceptance of the Space assignment are not responsible to pay contract cancellation fees.
A non-refundable Room Booking Fee is due after Resident selects Room Space assignment.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, WVC, in its sole and absolute discretion, retains the right to refuse to provide or assign, to modify or to cancel Exhibitor’s Exhibit Space assignment, and/or terminate this Agreement, without cause, for any or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without liability or further obligation to Exhibitor.
