Space Activity definition

Space Activity means the launch of a space object into outer space, the operation and operational control of the space object in outer space, and the controlled termination of the space object’s operation in outer space and/or its return to Earth, including the procedures for limiting the generation of space debris;
Space Activity means an activity pertaining to the space sector, which shall include, inter-alia, launch, operation, guidance and/or re-entry of any Space Object from outer space.
Space Activity means the launch of any space object, use of space object, operation, guidance and entry of space object into and fro outer space and all functions for performing the said activities including the procurement of the objects for the said purposes.

Space Activity means: Launching space objects into outer space; operation, control and return of space objects to Earth; as well as other essential activities in this connection.

  • Service activities means activities in connection with the provision of personal, continuing services to shareholder accounts in the Shares; provided, however, that if the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (“NASD”) adopts a definition of “service fee” for purposes of Section 2830(b)(9) of the NASD Conduct Rules or any successor provision that differs from the definition of “service activities” hereunder, or if the NASD adopts a related interpretive position intended to define the same concept, the definition of “service activities” in this paragraph shall be automatically amended, without further action of the parties, to conform to the then effective NASD definition.
