Space Act definition

Space Act means section 203(c)(13) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958, 42 U.S.C. § 2473(c)(13), as amended.
Space Act means the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 X.X.X. §0000 et seq.), as may be amended from time to time.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;

  • Radio Regulations means the Radio Regulations annexed to, or regarded as being annexed to, the most recent International Telecommunication Convention which may be in force at any time.
