  • The TRAS Service Provider will recalculate the Theft Target every twelve months thereafter using the theft target methodology (and making any refinements required to the methodology based on operational experience) and deliver this to SPAA Ltd and DCUSA Ltd for their agreement recognising the expectation that any revised Theft Target supports further reductions in theft of gas or electricity when compared to the existing Theft Target.
